The [Falling Snow Effect tutorial](https://www.kirupa.com/www.kirupa.com/html5/the_falling_snow_effect.htm) shows you how to write some HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create falling snow. As it stands today, the snow effect causes the snowflakes to go over everything on the page:
