# Contact form

I am a newbie to PHP programming. I created an HTML form to send an email and a PHP form handler following the directions in this link - [http://www.kirupa.com/web/php\_contact\_form2.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/web/php_contact_form2.htm). I receive the email alright but the form fields are empty. Any help will be appreciated.
