# Controlling a movie via a Slider Bar

I would like to have a movie play and at any given time give the user the ability to move forward and backward within the movie by using a slider bar.

The movie itself would be controlled similar to the controls found within a video within Flash: (stop/start/slide forward/slide backward).

Anyone have any suggestions or examples I can look at to make this happen?
