# Controlling brightness and glow with AS?

is there a code to control the brightness and glow filter?  
i’m thinking something simple like “this.\_alpha -=10” or something.

i actually don’t know how to input filters with AS, can someone teach me?

and by the way, there is no \_brightness no matter how many times u try(lol)
