# Controlling video in flash ffwd and rwnd

Hi all i am trying to control a video clip in flash, i have added buttons to play, stop and pause it and now would like to add ffwd and rwnd buttons too, even something as simple as have them advance 10 - 15 frams on each button press would do, any ideas?
