# Convert flash file to video on server

Has anyone found a way to convert a swf file to a video file (any format) on the server?

i.e. not just an animated swf but with dynamic content.

On a local machine you could screen capture.

Are you able to somehow do something like a screen capture on a server? Does that make sense?

I know I saw a site last year which did do this so I know its possible.
