How do I create a cool effect where when I click on a menu item, the layout chages size according to the size of the content on the page.

[http://www.dubko.com](http://www.dubko.com) is a perfect example of this. How did he do it? Actionscript or just transitions?

This is such a cool effect, how do I do it?
