# Copy portion of frame contents and paste

Is there a way to copy a portion of the contents of a frame so that it can be pasted elsewhere on that frame? I’m looking to do something like one can do with Microsoft Paint that comes with windows: You highlight a rectangle with the selection tool, press Ctrl-C, then press Ctrl-V to paste it, after which you can move that pasted rectangle anywhere on the image.
