# Copyright game titles?

I’m very near completion of a game I’ve been working on for several months, and it is currently under the working title of “Pac-Mini” (It’s a bit like Pac-Man, but with mini’s).

Does anyone know if there’s any legal arguments namco could have to stop me using this? I also want to mention the words “pac-man” in some instructional text, just so people have a basic idea of what it’s about before they start playing.

I wouldn’t have thought it would be a problem, but I know Mr Neave had some problems with them when he released his excellent Flash Pac-Man game.
