# Copyright on book thumbnails

Im creating a site that has a section that contains book reviews where i review some web dev books i have read.

i want to include a thumbnail of the book along with the article. can i get into some copyright legal trouble if i use the thumbnails from the publisher’s site? or should i get my own photo of the book?

i know this is probably not a big deal but i have paranoia 😛
