# Copywritten Music in Flash?

Hello all…

I have a legal question, sorta… I want to provide good music on my site, and I didn’t think I could just have real artist’s music on my site, without some sort of fee… However, after a day of browsing, I found that sites such as [karborn.com](http://karborn.com) (specifically:  
[http://www.karborn.com/2005/mp3player/audioplayer.html](http://www.karborn.com/2005/mp3player/audioplayer.html) ) and WebAgent007 ([http://wa007.com](http://wa007.com)) have real music on their pages. Is this legal?
