# Could a CSS expert please tell me what is wrong with this?

Once again, please forgive this n00bish question, but I’ve tried lots of different things and I’m still having the problem.

The 2 background images in the main section are not quite centered. Neither is the Flash header, but I was able to center that by adding padding to the left.

I can’t do that with the background images though, because then in IE6, it goes too far to the right.

I would think there would be a simple ‘center’ code with CSS, but apparently whoever invented CSS figured that would be too easy. 😑 I’ve used margin: auto, on just about everything, but it’s still not centered.
