# ...could not be found in the class path

I just lost some time and hair over this\*.

**A definition for the base class could not be found in the class path…** \*

But it does exist! And flash could find other .as files in the same folder. I banged my head a few times only to fix it by simply restarting flash:hang::hang::hang:
