it’s nice and all, but imo there’s something wrong with your logo, it just doesn’t speak to me, feels a bit empty. i’d also use another font for your text, times looks really unprofessional on a website.
but i like the idea of your countdown, only thing i’m missing is when a visitor doesn’t have flash player installed, you should add a link to macromedia

Hey thats a nice image, but the text like ruff said isnt very good. I suggest making your own text.

RuffRyder is right about logo and text. You should use something like tahoma, verdana, arial, not timesnewroman.

I don’t like the logo that much and I know it’s like a broken record, but the text should be replaced.
On the bright side, I like the subtle balls, bubble things in the background

Guess what I’m going to say :h:
That’s right, you should swap the fonts. I’d use google to find some free font sites and have a good look, the font you use in your site is a very important feature of any design.
Image is cool though and I like the floating/moving lights behind the text.
