# Create a custom CSS style in Flash Builder

Hi.

[LIST=1]  
[_] Return to Flash Builder.  
[_] In Design mode, select the Label control that reads Company Vehicle Request Form.  
[\*] In Properties view, click the[COLOR=#ff0000] Convert to CSS[/COLOR] button but this button is disabled…

can u tell me why this button is disabled??
