# Create auto install email account - outlook express

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post guys.

I’ve got a client that I cant travel to having issues setting up an email account In out look. I know the settings I’ve provided etc are ok but they seem a little technically inept and cant even manage to guide me through there current settings.

Is there a way to create some sort of autorun file that will ‘install’ the accoutn settings for them?
