# Create MySql table not working

I’m using myphpadmin to create a table in my MySql database (following the tutorial on this site), like this

CREATE TABLE `tableauth` (

`username` VARCHAR( 20 ) UNSIGNED ZEROFILL DEFAULT ‘0000’ NOT NULL AUTO\_INCREMENT ,  
`userpassword` VARCHAR( 20 ) UNSIGNED ZEROFILL DEFAULT ‘0000’ NOT NULL AUTO\_INCREMENT ,  
PRIMARY KEY ( `username` , `userpassword` )  
)

but myphpadmin keeps giving me the error…

You have an error in your SQL syntax near ‘UNSIGNED ZEROFILL DEFAULT ‘0000’ NOT NULL AUTO\_INCREMENT, `userpassword` VARCHAR’ at line 1

any ideas??
