# Creating a "Bling Bling" Effect with Flash 8

I got my Flash 8 Bible and I’m ready to work :). I just think I’m stumped at how to achieve this effect. I have a movieclip that contains my “bling” animation (its a star shape with a lil rotations and alpha tweened). Now what I want to do is have that animation randomly play at different intervals but on a specific path also multiple instances that play at different times. I’m trying to add that bling on to a chain or earing (the chain would be my path) but I’m confused on how to do that with actionscript or anthing else.
