# Creating a rescale tool in Flash?

This is a part of almost every program we use (photoshop, flash, illustrator), but I have never seen a rescale tool as part of a flash movie. I have a client who is creating an animation which is more of a user interface. At some point the user will need to scale selected artwork using handles to scale either x-, y- or both - exactly the way you would scale art on the stage in flash.

Has anyone ever come across anything similar? A script or demo that exists out there? Any help much appreciated!!
