# Creating a spin hoop

Hello,  
I’m a newbie to Flash MX, in fact so new I first went on it last night. Anyway I like to jump into the deep end with these things, and I have my first question.

I want create a :

“Hoop with a picture in the centre, I then want the hoop to rotate on it’s axis 360 degrees. With the center picture staying still.”

I’m pretty crap at free hand drawing on a computer. Is there a simple way I can create this effect.

If someone could give me a step by step tutorial I would be gratful.
