# Creating a Tv with moving static in ActionScript 2.0 - need help

I have created a logo using AS2 and I have the “tv static” in there. When I go to play my movie, the tv static is on top of everything. I would like for it to be behind the tv and some text I have. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
