# Creating form in dreamweaver

hi everyone, I am basically new to dreamweaver and I need some help on forms in dreamweaver. Currently I have already created a form layout but the only problem now is to send the data to the cgi bin. How do I do that? Is it difficult?

The file attacthed is the file form that I’ve created. Can someone help me on this? Thank you!!!
