# Creating site with Transitions

Im working on my own personal portfolio site right now which I would like to do with flash. Anyhow, Im really confused about how to do transitions between external SWF files. Does anyone have anything easier than the tutorials. The one with the center frame makes sense but what if your using movie clips inside the movie?
