# Creating some Character

You know one of those sports game that allowed you to create characters? That you can choose yr hair,color, faces kinda thing. And ESPECIALLY with dragging a bar can change the size and muscles of the body kinda fuctions?

I was wandering other than usin tweenin frame by frame, any other way could i do that?  
Seen anyone done something like that in flash do let me know 🙂
