# Creating xml and saving new name

IM trying to create a new xml document and save it in something like “/xml” It would create a new document and for each file inside that folder It would be loaded into a dropdown box. Can someone show me how to create a new xml file and save it in a specefied directory then load all those files into a drop down box.
