Hi there.

I don’t usually post about creative issues here but I just got a job that has some very awkward aspects and wanted to ask the ppl around here what they think.

I have to simulate a car race (non-interactive) where it’s a first person view of being in the car, driving up a dirt road, up a hill. there are intermittent stops with interactive elements that are a slam dunk.

My issue is that i could either a) go for fading between bitmaps, but that sounds ugly or b) create a vector-based anim but that would be really simplistic and rough without a huge amount of work

Anyone have any bright ideas? the mandate on this job is a lock, so I can’t tweak their script.

Thanks for any input!
