# Creator tools can get weird when they remove every pause

i keep running into creator tools that feel amazing for about five minutes, then start sanding off the little pauses that make you think. the weird part is those pauses are often where taste shows up.

has anyone else noticed a tool getting better at the workflow while somehow making the output feel more generic?

Some tools “help” by auto-picking the median choice—default spacing, default color ramps, default phrasing—so every tiny fork where you’d normally hesitate just disappears.
