hey! Im starting a new site for some engineers…basically this is the main layout, the flash banner its going to be changed a little bit

I would like to hear some nice suggestions to improve the site, I know theres still not much to critique but I dont know…colors, layout, fotns, graphics, whatever!

only the main page is available atm 🙂 thanks
