Whenever I select the rectangle tool, the corner radius automatically tries to shrink itself until it looks like a star with 4 vertexes. So if I ‘ninja’ a rectangle in a split second it looks like a rounded rectangle, but if I wait a few seconds the rectangle becomes either a circle, or an imploded rectangle looking like a star.
Thus I’m forced to cut off the corners and manually make a rectangle using the w and h on the properties panel.

In addition, I’m unable to send anything from the library to the main timeline, even with the layer on UNlock (without the lock).

I also find the new gradient tool a bit of a hassle to choose a color (e.g. red) to the black and white available in previous versions.

Is this a bug? or a new feature?
