# CSS and transparency not working together?

I have to apply some effects (alpha especially) over some texts formated using CSS.

For alpha to work you need to embed the font. Once you embed the font, goodbye CSS. I know this is how it’s supposed to work but I wonder if any of you has a clever solution for this…
