# CSS Fixed Positioning - vertical but not horizontal?

Hi.

Is it possible to position a DIV as fixed, but only vertically? As in, when scrolling up and down I want the nav buttons to remain fixed, but I feel that scrolling right should push the nav buttons off screen too the left…

I can post a link if you want to see why I feel that way.
