# CSS height issue, expand divs to content height

At the moment, I have 2 divs in my container div. All three heights are set to 100%, but 1 has the content in it and gets higher than 100% which means when you scroll down the other div gets cut off. How do I make that other div stay the same height as the div with the content in it?
