I’m a graphic designer, mostly print-based, that is getting into website design… My question is: As a non-coder, and pretty much all-round newbie to website development - would I be best to use tables or CSS when designing sites with Dreamweaver? I can see that the general sentiment is that CSS layout is really the way of the future (and it does seem to make sense seperating content from design…) , but would it be reasonable to invest my “limited” time into learning CSS layout (read: coding) or should I just stick with tables-based designs (and hire a expert when, and if, I get into sites that would require CSS-based layouts)? Any suggestions?
