# CSS Rollover Tutorial

I read and implemented a similar image rollover that the tute on this site used.

1. The tutorial has “Home” in the \<a href\> tag and shows up over the image
2. If you remove this and use the title tag to show a rollover tip, it means users who switch off CSS can’t see the NAV?

Any ideas or am I missing the point!
