I am trying to achiveve a roll over effect on some links in my website using CSS, I can make it change color, but I cant seem to make the img appear behind it!

Here’s the CSS

```auto
 a {
 font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
 font-weight:bold;
 color: #C84E20;
 text-decoration: none;
 background-image:url(../../../My Pictures/japan/but.gif) center no-repeat;
}
a:hover {color:#000000;
background-image:url(../../../My Pictures/japan/but.gif) center no-repeat;
width: 30px;
 height: 30px;
}
```
