# Curiosity about controlling bars

Hi everybody,

I have a question about controller bars, you know, those play/pause controls.

If the controller includes one of those controls that you can drag to rewind or move forward the frames of the movie:

Do you have to use it in a frames-based movie, or there is a way to use it in movies that are more actionscript-animated?

Please let me know if my question is not clear, and I will try to clarify it.

I really appreciate your help.
