# Custom Preloader

Hello, I´m trying to learn how to create a custom preloader.  
I know how to create a simple one, a loading bar + text that show the % loaded,  
(just like the one here…[http://www.gotoandlearn.com/play?id=18](http://www.gotoandlearn.com/play?id=18))

but I would like to know how to make one that for example:

I have the text “Loading website”, and I would like to display that as a loading bar.  
What I mean is to show just part of that text as the site loads.

I tried using my loading bar as a mask for that text, but that doesn´t work.  
I also tried using that text (movie clip) the same way i used the loading bar, but  
it moves randomly in the screen…not quite what i wanted.

any suggestions?
