I’m having a problem with a custom submit button for an HTML form. It’s a submit button on a form that allows you to login and I learn how to do from an internet tutorial. Here’s my button and form code:

```auto
<form action= '".$_SESSION['currentpage']."' method='post' name='frmLogin' id='frmLogin'>
some form stuff goes here...
<input name='btnLogin' type='submit' id='btnLogin' value='' style='background-image:url(submit.gif); width:59px; height:18px; border:0; color:#036;' />
 </form>
<INPUT TYPE='BUTTON' ONCLICK=window.location.href='signup.html' style='background-image:url(register.gif)'; width:105px; height:21px; border:0; color:#036;'>
```

This works fine on IE and Firefox (Windows) - the button is the right image. However, it doesn’t work on a Mac - the browser just shows the default system “glass-pill” button! Can someone please show me an alternate way, a fix, or what I’m doing wrong since I cannot “try things out” and test it repeatedly. Many thanks.

P.S. The second button doesn’t show up properly as well.
