# Custom video player project

I need to develop a customized Flash video player, most likely based on FlowPlayer or JWPlayer. The player needs a custom skin and needs to work off a playlist generated by a backend API. The budget for this project is $2000-4000.

You should be an expert AS3 coder. I need source code and build scripts, not just a Fla spit out by the Flash IDE. Prior experience building Flowplayer plugins or working with video players is a big plus.
