# Customized swf output a downloadable swf

First off I’m sure I might have to make the regrettable leap to AS3 with this question (ive been putting off learning it) but…

In general how simple / tough is it to get a swf file to generate/output a downloadble swf based on user-generated content / user-defined content?

What would be the best method for this?
