# (Cute)FTP problem

I just upgraded Norton AV from 2004 PRo to 2005,  
refused to let it replace Win XP’s internal Firewall by it’s “worm” thing;  
now I can’t connect to any FTP site anymore:  
STATUS:\> Getting listing “”…  
STATUS:\> Resolving host name [ftpperso.free.fr](http://ftpperso.free.fr)…  
STATUS:\> Host name [ftpperso.free.fr](http://ftpperso.free.fr) resolved: ip = 212.27.40.252.  
STATUS:\> Connecting to ftp server [ftpperso.free.fr:21](http://ftpperso.free.fr:21) (ip = 212.27.40.252)…  
ERROR:\> Can’t connect to remote server. Socket error = #10060.  
STATUS:\> Waiting 30 seconds…  
is all I get.  
Works when I go to security center and disable firewall altogether,  
but obviously don’t want to do that…  
Have added Cute both there and to Norton exceptions,  
also added ports 20 & 21, all to no avail.

Any other suggestions (excluding install of 3rd party firewalls please)?
