# Date Formatting: PHP TimeStamp in Actionscript

Hi, I’m passing in some dates via a php script from a database which are stored in epoch UTC timestamp. The data is coming into my Flash app via the datagrid component.

Is anyone able to explain how I can format the date values to display as dates? The data is of course, dynamic.
