# Declared Size, and options

New to Kirupa. So first off what up yall!

My question is, in Flash MX how do you manipulate your final swf. size by setting a certain width and Height with AS?

In addition, how do you publish a file so it is set where there is no options along top (File, View, Control, Help). Just showing blue along top with min,max and close?  
Anything will help.
