Can somebody please tell me how I can keep my text and images crisp when I bring them into flash and publish.

What I have done is create really simple buttons in Fireworks and import them into flash. the buttons have one state.
When I import them into Flash and publish the text is all mashed up and the buttons themselves look absolutly rubbish. Nothing like the originals in Fireworks.

I have tried exprting them as an .swf from Fireworks but they still degrade.

Even when I create buttons in Flash MX and publish they still look crap. I obviously missing a trick here. Can anybody help

Many thanks.

chukzulu.
