# Delay in loading start of streaming audio

I’m having a problem where I’m trying to stream audio from a flash media server. I have the buffer set to 1, but it takes about half a minute before the audio starts playing. This only happens if the swf is part of an html document. When I open the swf file by itself (as a stand alone app), everything works as it should. The audio starts in approximately 1 second after the file is opened.

Any idea what is happening or a solution for this?
