# Delete files on disk using FileReference

Hi,  
Has anyone been successful with deleting files on a disk using the FileReference class? I can’t find any documentation indicating this is possible, but i saw this done at [www.tinywebgallery.com](http://www.tinywebgallery.com) and was wondering how he accomplished it.

Basically, want user to select a fileReferenceList index and then have that selected file deleted once the delete button is pressed.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
