# Designing a gambling app

[COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]I have dug up some old work and would like to create a gambling app from it. I have started redesigning with adobe flash, illustrator etc software. I was wondering how do I use a cash system probably using Paypal I will. So do I need a server to run it on as user will need to be connected to internet when using app so I can control the win percentages and other stuff. How do casinos do there apps?. I’m best at design than programming so need a bit of help. Thank you.[/FONT][/COLOR]
