# Detecting flash 8 plug-in

Could anyone help me? I’m trying to put a script on my page which detects for the latest flash plug-in, and if it is not there then redirect them to a page for downloading it. I only know css +html so any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.s. if the mods feel this would be more suitable in the client side scripting section then feel free to move it.
