Just thought I’d leave a not to anyone who was previously helping me try to fix my p3 900 dev server. Problem is solved, i bought an athlonXP 2000+ on a board with DDR memory and it works like a million dollars.

I installed two network cards and binded Apache and IIS to the two different ips on my domain. Now i can serve them both at the same time.🙂
