Hi All

I’m redoing my site and I would love to have some critique on it (design and technical).  
Its unfinished but you can get the overall feeling of it. I’m having some preloader issues and video issues. But I want to get some feedback on the site first then I can get deeper into it.  
I’m using load image component for the pics I would love to learn how to use a preloader to load these (this may be a stupid question) but I never used the components in flash
